Summer is calling for a refreshing dessert, so why not try a refreshing lemon tiramisu recipe?
You're in for a treat in broadcasting recipe for lemon tiramisu, which will refresh you very pleasantly!
Ingridients
For tiramisu
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 250 g tiramisu biscuits
- 130 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
For the syrup
- 10 cl of freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
- 10 cl of water
- 6 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon limoncello (optional)
For decoration
- 1 organic lemon
Preparation
Prepare the mascarpone cream the day before. Separate the whites from the yolks, then beat the yolks with 120 g of sugar. Add mascarpone and mix well. Beat the egg whites with 10 g of sugar and gently fold into the mascarpone cream. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
Squeeze the lemons to get 10 cl of juice, which you pour into the shrimp. Add the juice, water, sugar and heat until the sugar melts. If desired, add limoncello and mix.
Dip the cookies one by one in the prepared syrup and form the base of the tiramisu by placing two cookies cut into pieces in each glass. Add the mascarpone cream. Continue the process to use up all the cookies and all the cream. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Just before serving, add some lemon peel and, if desired, mint leaves for decoration. So sweet good run!
PS: The dessert could also be prepared in a baking dish. Place the first layer in the syrup-filled biscuits, add the cream, repeat with the biscuits and then again with the cream. At the end, decorate as desired!
