Add the mascarpone and blend. Montez les blancs en neige avec les 10 g de sucre then incorporate them delicately à la crème au mascarpone. Reserve in the fridge for at least 6 hours. Press the lemons, filter the juice. Vous devez en obtenir 10 cl. Add l'eau et le sucre, faites lightly chauffer pour faire fondre le sucre, add le Limoncello et mélangez. ⠀ ⠀ Dip the biscuits un par dans le sirop puis formez la base du tiramisu en mettant 2 biscuits coupé en morceaux dans chaque verrine.Recouvrez avec une couche de crème au mascarpone, saupudrez avec un peu de zeste de lemon raspé, add une nouvelle couche de biscuits trempés dans le syrup puis terminez avec une nouvelle couche de crème au mascarpone. Couvrez et reservez au frais pendant au moins 6 heures. Just before serving, saupoudrez les verrines with a little lemon zest and added mint leaves.⠀

Ingridients

For tiramisu

  • 250 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 250 g tiramisu biscuits
  • 130 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs

For the syrup

  • 10 cl of freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
  • 10 cl of water
  • 6 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon limoncello (optional)

For decoration

  • 1 organic lemon

Preparation

Prepare the mascarpone cream the day before. Separate the whites from the yolks, then beat the yolks with 120 g of sugar. Add mascarpone and mix well. Beat the egg whites with 10 g of sugar and gently fold into the mascarpone cream. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

Squeeze the lemons to get 10 cl of juice, which you pour into the shrimp. Add the juice, water, sugar and heat until the sugar melts. If desired, add limoncello and mix.

Dip the cookies one by one in the prepared syrup and form the base of the tiramisu by placing two cookies cut into pieces in each glass. Add the mascarpone cream. Continue the process to use up all the cookies and all the cream. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Just before serving, add some lemon peel and, if desired, mint leaves for decoration. So sweet good run!

PS: The dessert could also be prepared in a baking dish. Place the first layer in the syrup-filled biscuits, add the cream, repeat with the biscuits and then again with the cream. At the end, decorate as desired!
