Recipe for salmon with orange glaze:

Ingridients:

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 11/2 Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed red orange juice
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. For the perfect glaze, mix brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and orange juice in a bowl. Put the mixture on the stove and let it boil. Then lower the heat and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Stir gently a few times in between and set aside only when the glaze thickens. Blot the salmon fillet on both sides with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper and place on a greased baking sheet. Mix the rest of the spices in a cup and sprinkle them evenly over the fillets. We continue with the glaze, which we spread evenly over the seasoned fillets. Place the pan in the oven and bake until the glaze hardens and make sure it doesn't brown. Served on a bed of boiled asparagus and wild rice.
