This combination is great for dinner, as an appetizer, or to serve to guests. They are easy to prepare and only take 20 minutes to bake. You don't need to prepare and fry the filling, everything goes straight into the oven.
Savory puff pastry muffins filled with minced meat
Ingredients
- 350 g puff pastry
- 400 g of minced meat
- 4 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 120 ml of milk
- 200 g of cheese
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
- ground paprika
Directions
- Cut the puff pastry into squares of the same size. Place a piece of baking paper under each square of dough. Arrange them on the muffin tray. Pierce the bottom of each dough with a fork.
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat with eggs, milk, grated cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well.
- Place the minced meat in each puff pastry basket. Brush the edges of the dough with beaten egg yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
