Recipe: Strawberry Shortcake Cake, a juicy dessert that will blow your mind

Ingridients

  • 500 g of strawberries
  • 400 g of biscuits
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1 vanilla sugar

For the cream

  • 200 g of sweet cream
  • 600 ml thick yogurt
  • 150 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 2 vanilla sugars
  • 150 g of powdered sugar
  • 2 bags of gelatin
  • 10 tablespoons of water

Preparation

Mix gelatin and water in a bowl and let it swell. Beat the sweet cream, mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, yogurt and mascarpone and mix everything together. Heat the gelatin until it dissolves, then gently stir in the prepared cream. First, arrange the cookies next to the cake pan, and before that, dip them on one side in the milk to which you have mixed vanilla sugar. Place the cookies on the bottom of the baking tray as well. Apply half of the cream, add the sliced strawberries to the pieces and place the biscuits soaked in milk on top of the strawberries. Spread the remaining cream over these cookies and place the cake in the refrigerator to cool well (at least 6 hours, preferably overnight). When it is ready, decorate it with strawberries (whole or sliced) and mint leaves. So sweet good run!
