Ingridients
- 1 roll of rolled out puff pastry
- 4 or 5 apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
For the first dressing
- 4 dl of sweet cream
- 2 dl sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 vanilla sugar
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 6 spoons of sugar
For the second dressing
- 6 spoons of apricot jam
- 1 dl of water
Preparation
Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the dough on the baking sheet. We fold the edges. Pierce a few times with a fork and bake for about 5 minutes. Take the dough out of the oven and spread the apple slices over it, cover with the first dressing and return to the oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, heat the jam and water and pour it over the baked pastry while still hot. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. The dessert is excellent warm or cold. Bon Appetit!
