Preparation
Fry bite-sized strips of turkey steak in a tablespoon of oil. Add salt and pepper to taste and set aside. Clean the champignons, cut them into slices and fry them in a tablespoon of oil. During this time, clean the baby spinach and add a sliced, peeled apple to it. Season the spinach with a dressing consisting of thinly sliced onions, a spoonful of sunflower oil, lemon juice and a pinch of sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put the spinach on
plate and cover with prepared turkey strips and garnish with dried cranberries and ground walnuts. Have a good run!
