Delicious baby spinach with mushrooms and apples.Ingridients
- turkey steaks
- young spinach
- champignons
- an apple
- onion
- sunflower oil
- lemon juice
- sugar
- salt
- pepper
- dried cranberries
- ground walnuts
Preparation
Fry bite-sized strips of turkey steak in a tablespoon of oil. Add salt and pepper to taste and set aside. Clean the champignons, cut them into slices and fry them in a tablespoon of oil. During this time, clean the baby spinach and add a sliced, peeled apple to it. Season the spinach with a dressing consisting of thinly sliced onions, a spoonful of sunflower oil, lemon juice and a pinch of sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put the spinach on
plate and cover with prepared turkey strips and garnish with dried cranberries and ground walnuts. Have a good run!

For each pink package of apples and/or champignons purchased in HOFER stores in October, 10 cents are allocated to the prevention programs of the Slovenian Association for the Fight against Breast Cancer Europa Donna.
The Pink October project will be held at HOFER for the fourth year. In their efforts to date, they have already collected a total of more than 20,000 euros.
This year, apples are also joining HOFER's champions.
