The September academy will traditionally be dedicated to autumn cuisine and delicacies that are current at that time. Our plates will be colored by ingredients such as chestnuts, mushrooms and produce from the home garden. The official water of the event is Jamnica, but there will also be a drop of rough water.
The official water of the City Chef cooking academy is Jamnica, which will take care of our hydration and freshness in the mouth while tasting various dishes.
The main dishes will be prepared in the renovated Bosch Siemens salon by the head chef of the Kaval Inn and Pizzeria, Dragan Marjanović, the desserts will be provided by the confectioner from Lolita, Grega Roda, and we will not miss a drop of rhubarb.
