Y&R grew animal beards for Schick's campaign: ''free your skin''.
The trend of wearing a beard quickly drove the world crazy, so it did the Schick company came up with the idea of creating an interesting campaign with the aim of encouraging men to cut and care for their facial hair regularly. For their latest advertising campaign, they joined forces with “Y&R New Zealand” and thereby created a humorous but at the same time bizarre series of photographs of men with "beastly" beards. The campaign carries the message that men should take care of their beards before they become unruly, wild beasts.
