Ančka House restaurant offers culinary indulgence Mediterranean cuisine with a modern local touch. A carefully designed menu consisting of locally produced, always fresh and high-quality ingredients, is complemented by a wide range of various drinks and a rich selection premium wines from Slovenian winemakers.

Ančka's dishes are an aromatic combination of the finest ingredients. Chef Gašper Kačičnik, who gained his experience in the best Slovenian and foreign restaurants, cooks with passion and pleasure, innovation, and his sincerity can also be felt on every plate. He and his team swear by the preparation of their own soup bases, independently composed spice-herb mixtures and dishes without artificial additives and aromas.

They also offer their gourmet surpluses for sweet treats to guests in an annual project Restaurant Week and at in-house tasting evenings with wine accompaniment.

Hiša Ančka also offers excellent and original pizzas with mozzarella from a real Neapolitan bread oven. Since pizza is basically an Italian dish, most of the main ingredients are sourced in Italy. Vegetables are, especially in season, locally produced. Rather than ham, they use cooked prosciutto and, of course, different types of mozzarella. There are also premium Colossal olives, semi-dried cherry tomatoes and aged Tuscan sheep's cheese.
