Especially seafood lovers will come to their senses when trying the dish chef Ivica Evačić - Ivek, which selects only the best seasonal ones raw materials from local suppliers and cooks according to the principle of living cuisine. His slogan "from the sea to the plate" perfectly describes Ivek's philosophy - all seafood is fresh and daily caught with the nets of local fishermen. Nature decides, and Ivek follows it. It adds a very special stamp cold-pressed olive oil from our own and organic Belvedere plantation, which is the basis for preparing culinary masterpieces.
