The revolutionary BMW i8 in the test by Chris Harris

Chris Harris recently got behind the wheel of a new one BMW's electric sports coupe BMW i8, which did not leave him indifferent on the winding roads around the "City of Angels". In a video clip on the YouTube portal, the British man praises agility and performance, as well as a sporty sound 1.485 kilos heavy athlete who with the help 362 hp of the hybrid powertrain reaches 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds, and the top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h.

The well-known web blogger was impressed by the i8, although there is still quite a bit of room for improvement, especially in the soul of the vehicle and the transparency of the gauges.

In addition, he praises the sporty sound of the 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine and compares it to the sound of the Porsche 911, but is disturbed by the somewhat artificial feeling during dynamic driving, as it is said not to overwhelm the soul like similar classic sports coupes.
