The two-day Rock the City music festival is coming to Celje, where local and regional music groups will perform on March 3 and 4, who strive to create different, alternative original music.
The purpose of the project or two-day music festival Rock the City is to connect all aspects of the alternative music scene, which is present in Celje to a greater extent than it appears.
At the moment, only in Celje and the surrounding area is working around 60 active music groups. There are established and non-established groups that prove their quality with their experience or youth, but unfortunately it remains ignored because of the 'ignorant' and many times 'disinterested' concert organizers to introduce another quality and different musical group to the audience.

Selection of this time's performers genre-wise it covers everything from classic/alternative/pop/punk rock to metal and metal core. They will perform: Spotless Minds, Multiball, Muscat Hamburg, Kronika, Trash Candy, Gramofon strangers, Morywa, Human Magnet, Marvin, Radiostorm, Tidal Waves, Burn Fuse Mental Strike, In the Crossfire, Jam Fuzz, Slovinjen, Wings of Perdition, Never Been Done and Red alert.
