We recently wrote that selfies kill more people than sharks. But the fact that the devil really took the joke is evidenced by a brochure with safety warnings that was recently issued by the Russian police. It has launched a large-scale campaign in which it warns people against unwisely taking photographs in positions that can be life-threatening. And since no nation is immune to selfies, the warnings of the Russian police, no matter how bizarre they may seem, apply to us too. Unfortunately, the black statistics speak in their favor. Many people have already paid for their foolishness with their lives.
That the world has fallen off its course and that the bizarre is the new normal is clear for a good time, hence the campaign Russian police, with which it warns against the danger of selfies, should no longer be surprising news at all. Selfies have taken the world by storm in recent years, and people are willing to pose in dangerous positions for a good selfie. A careless photography cost many not only injuries but even their lives.

Brochure with safety warnings makes more than sense, since selfies overnight became an integral part of Russia's black statistics, and others had to start collecting such data as well (in Slovenia Fortunately, we haven't had a selfie with a fatal outcome yet, and let's hope it stays that way). In Russia alone, selfies were the reason for a dozen deaths, so the warning that "a cool selfie can be your last selfie" should be taken seriously. The boy from the Urals, who wanted to take a picture, also learned this in a painful and fatal way with a hand grenade in the hands; in doing so, they pulled out the safety pin, and only the phone survived the accident.
The number of reports of accidents caused by selfies, has been increasing in recent years, so the Russian police have issued leaflets showing just 15 different positions/locations/circumstances, when a selfie can send you to eternal hunting grounds, and have already been the cause of death. These are taking pictures on railway tracks, on the roofs of buildings, on electric poles, on boats, with weapons in hand, next to wild animals... If you value life, these are all bad ideas, but it's definitely not worth risking your life for a few likes. Chasing after them and the best selfie can be disastrous, as for many cloud judgment. Excessively? Yes, because he already dictates all this to us common sense, but many are apparently not aware of the dangerous situation they are putting themselves in. So the next time you're in a similar situation, remember these warnings, because they might save your life. Otherwise, have you ever found yourself in any of the listed positions?
