Salmon with pistachio crust
Ingredients
- 50 g of salmon fillet
- salt, pepper
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 2-3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 2-3 tablespoons of shelled pistachios
- lemon juice
Directions
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Crush the pistachios with a knife or in a blender.
