Pasta with salmon and zucchini

Ingredients

  • 150 g of pasta
  • 100 g of fresh salmon cut into cubes
  • pumpkin
  • clove of garlic
  • spoon of olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon
  • black pepper and salt
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Fry the chopped garlic in heated olive oil, then add the courgettes and simmer them for a few minutes.
  3. Add the salmon cubes and simmer for about another five minutes.
  4. Once the zucchini and salmon are combined, add the pasta, pepper, salt and lemon juice. Mix well and simmer for another minute. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
