Silversands Beach House, Grenada

Silversands Beach House in Grenada is a boutique luxury hotel located on picturesque Portici Beach. This small and intimate hotel comprises 30 rooms, each with uniquely designed and architecturally striking canopies. Guests can choose between beachfront or hillside rooms, enjoying a personal and almost home-like atmosphere, whether guests are relaxing on the sand or pampering themselves at the spa.

Royal Mansour Casablanca, Morocco

Among the luxury hotels in Marrakech, none can compete with the opulent Royal Mansour. As many as 1,500 craftsmen built the hotel by order of the Moroccan king. In 2024, the Thai hotel will also open in Casablanca, in an Art Deco building from the 1950s, which was renovated for five years. Contrasted with the original discreet riad-style arrangement that mirrors the medina Marrakesh, the hotel in Casablanca will be more luxurious and in the art deco style.


Janu, Tokyo, Japan

Hotel Janu Tokyo will open its doors on March 13, 2024 and will be one of Tokyo's new high-end luxury hotels. Located in the Azabudai Hills development area, it will offer 122 luxurious rooms and suites, 8 dining establishments and an extensive wellness center with a spa, gym and swimming pool.

Nujuma, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Saudi Arabia

The Nujuma Hotel, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve located in Saudi Arabia, represents a new dimension of luxury and exclusivity on the Red Sea. Set to open its doors in early 2024, this prestigious resort is located on the breathtaking Ummahat Island in the crystal clear waters of the Red Sea.

Nujuma will offer 63 villas, both on land and over water, with spaces ranging from one to four bedrooms. All villas are designed to evoke a sense of peace and tranquility, while offering direct contact with nature. Each villa will be equipped with panoramic windows, a spacious living room, a swimming pool with a view of the sea and a telescope to observe the starry sky of Saudi Arabia.

Six Senses London

Six Senses opens its doors in the summer of 2024, housed in a London icon that has grown on the site of Whiteleys shopping center in Bayswater. As you'd expect from a fast-growing wellness-focused brand, there will be a stunning spa area, complete with a fitness center, a 20-metre indoor pool and a relaxation lounge.

Soneva Secret, Maldives

Set to open its doors on March 7, 2024, Soneva Secret Hotel represents a new, ultra-custom concept design in the Maldives. It is located in Haa Dhaalu Atoll, which is the most remote atoll in the Maldives. Three decades of planning this resort has led to the creation of a unique standard in intuitive, personalized service, exceptional private villas and pristine natural environments.

Soneva Secret will offer 14 villas, both on land and over water, including a unique floating villa in the Maldives. Each villa will have a dedicated team of three people who will ensure an unforgettable and personalized experience. Guests will be able to enjoy the luxury of privacy and connect with nature as the villas will be surrounded by pristine white sand and a sparkling lagoon.

Each villa will have a private chef who will prepare personalized menus and culinary experiences. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of experiences, including beautiful views of the starry sky, watching dolphins and sharks, and discovering the rich underwater world with experienced biologists.

SHA Mexico, Quintana Roo, Mexico

The popular wellness hotel chain SHA will also open its doors on Mexico's River Maya in January. Whether you are looking for intensive detoxification or stress management programs and treatments, the experienced team at SHA Clinic will be by your side as you overcome your challenges. The hardest decision you'll have to make will be whether to start your day with a swim in the hotel's infinity pool overlooking the beautiful landscape – or jump into the warm Caribbean Sea.

Gundari, Folegandros, Greece

On a sleepy island Folegandros has grown into a breathtaking resort that offers much more than the established offer. Gundari opens its doors in May and is located on wild cliffs above the Aegean Sea, on 80 hectares of rugged nature. It is the first five-star resort on the island, with only 25 suites, a few villas and a spa that uses ancient Greek rituals for therapeutic treatments. The food is designed by Michelin-starred chef Lefteris Lazarou.

Kotiyagala Resort, Yala National Park, Sri Lanka

A resort opens in Sri Lanka in March that not only offers private pools and luxurious seclusion, but also great access to Sri Lanka's best wildlife sanctuary - Yala National Park. The design of the hotel is elevated, including the paths on which guests walk. This means that the hotel will not interfere with the existing flora and fauna of the jungle. Therefore, do not be surprised if creatures such as crocodiles, leopards or elephants will find themselves far under your feet.

Anantara Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, which opened its doors in the United Arab Emirates, is located on a private peninsula with golden sandy beaches. The resort has 174 keys and offers gardens, an infinity pool and a mangrove retreat, all against the backdrop of the Hajar Mountains and views of the Arabian Gulf. Accommodation includes rooms and suites in the main building or traditional riads.

Hofdi Lodge, Iceland

Iceland's north coast is more accessible than ever. Opening at the end of 2024, Hofdi Lodge will take your stay in the north to another level. The 40-room luxury adventure lodge will be perched on the cliffs of dramatic Eyjafjörður, one of Iceland's longest fjords. Its creation is mainly due to the high demand for skiing adventures – the season lasts from March to June – but other activities will also be available.

Voaara, Madagascar

Voaara sets a new standard on Sainte-Marie Island – an unspoiled paradise with only 30,000 inhabitants. With eight bungalows set to open in March, the resort will focus on the beautiful surrounding nature. To stunning white sand beaches and wildlife from humpback whales to lemurs. Part of the profit will be used in the hotel to support local schools.

Voaara, Madagascar

Château de la Commaraine, Burgundy, France

Château de la Commaraine will open in Pommard at the end of 2024. The renovation of the medieval castle is the work of the team behind the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa in Champillon. In addition to 37 rooms, two restaurants, a spa and an outdoor swimming pool, the hotel's offer will also include a wine cellar - which, given its location in the wine region, is not insignificant.
