In 2020, too, a sparkling wine treat awaits us at the highest level, namely the 7th Ljubljana Sparkling Wine Salon! This will take place on Valentine's Day, February 14, at Hotel Slon.
7. Salon of sparkling wines Ljubljana will be located in an attractive location in the heart of the capital - in Hotel Slon, which offers excellent conditions for presenting sparkling wines at the highest level and is also attractive and interesting for (domestic and foreign) visitors.
It will be presented at the salon around 40 winemakers (with 120 to 150 wines in total) at uniformed exhibition stands. Part of the salon will be dedicated to the offer icollected cuisines, and announcement events as well as workshops and guided tastings will also be an integral part of the salon.

At the beginning of December 2019, a large international evaluation took place in the Dubrovnik Hotel in Zagreb, where Slovenian sparkling wines took first place in the classification of the Ljubljana Sparkling Wine Salon - in the category of white sparkling wines Isteničev Prestige extra brut of the year 2013, and in the category of rosé sparkling wines Joker Zara of the year 2016, from the Kozinc cellar.
