Have you heard of Senado Greco? She is one of the most popular and one of the best fitness influencers in the world. The 38-year-old has more than 2.9 million followers on her Instagram profile, and she also runs her own company that provides exercise programs and proper nutrition.

Senada Greco she was born in Albania, and she moved to America as a teenager. Already in her childhood, she fell in love with a healthy life and movement, she climbed trees and played outdoors. She later switched to sports and marathons. Today, he mainly deals with comprehensive HIIT trainings and strength training, where for maximum results it focuses on one particularly important component, namely MMC (Mind-Muscle Connection or muscle-mind connection).

Although she started her career as an entrepreneur in finance and sales, she filmed her workouts for Instagram and built her second career on the side – that of a fitness influencer. As is already clear, it is currently focusing entirely on the latter - even with specially adapted ones Crush It workout programs and meal planning, which he creates with a team of nutritionists.

Health and fitness played a big role in Greca's life and helped her find her way: "I used to be a shy girl, I was always afraid of the opinions and impressions of others," he says. "I consciously realized what healthy eating and exercise can do for my body and mind, self-image and confidence."

Senada Greca's daily routine

Training is a fundamental part of Senada's life and for her there are no shortcuts or quick fixes, only dedication and hard work. Incorporating this passion into everyday life is something that Senada strives for. And how does he do it?

He wakes up at 5:45 in the morning, sleeps big a glass of water with half a lemon and starts training at 6 a.m. He currently trains six to seven days a week, with one of the days being an active rest. Senada believes that a body in motion stays in motion.

By 7:30 she is ready for coffee and time in nature with the dog Bud. If the weather permits, sit outside, give thanks for the day and prepare for it. The rest of the day involves checking in on her Crush It Crew in a private Facebook group, recording her daily workout, responding to emails and texts, and working on side projects.

Creative trainings have always been her signature, so after the start of the pandemic she quite easily reformed and created home workouts with limited or no equipment. The working day sometimes doesn't end until 9 or 10pm as he also works with companies based in Australia, so the time difference is an added challenge.

"Over the years, I've learned not to rely on a fleeting feeling like motivation, which most of the time is dictated by our mood. I've created a daily exercise routine that ensures I stick to my regimen. I know that exercise is my daily therapy. It keeps my body healthy and my mind sharp and clear. Exercising has helped me overcome things like anxiety and depression, so I make sure I do it whether I like it or not. Because - let's face it - we all have those days when we just don't want to lift a finger." adds Senada.

Diet of Senada Greca

Of course, proper nutrition is a key part of staying healthy. Her breakfast consists of eggs or oatmeal filled with proteins. For lunch, there is protein such as eggs, turkey or fish, as well as vegetables. He prepares the proteins in advance so that he does not mess with them during the day. In most cases, he prepares dinner together with his partner. From time to time, they also visit a restaurant with locally produced food.

"I can unequivocally say that exercise and healthy eating have changed my life. I suffered from eating disorders as a teenager, followed by depression and anxiety. Food was my enemy and cardio was my weapon to fight it. Once I understood that food and exercise can live happily together and support a healthy life, body and mind, I not only freed myself from these burdens, but also gained new strength, determination and love for life." concludes the Senate.
