Slightly different recipes for an outrageously good picnic

If we are tired of the otherwise always delicious čevapčič, let's try some great recipes that will transform a barbecue picnic into a proper gourmet adventure. We present you some different recipes for an outrageously good picnic.

Ingridients:
• pepper,
• salt,
• a few tablespoons of olive oil,
• 2 flasks,
• 12 cherry tomatoes,
• 1 yellow pepper,
• 1 green pepper and
• 4 swordfish fillets.

Preparation:
Swordfish fillets wash well, dry and cut into 2 centimeter pieces. We also wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces and rings. On wooden skewers then string the prepared ingredients alternately and season them with pepper and salt. Well-heated grates grill coat with oil and arrange the prepared skewers on them. During baking, turn them several times so that they are evenly browned on all sides.

Ingridients:
• 4 pieces of veal ribs,
• 2 teaspoons of anise seeds,
• salt,
• pepper and
• olive oil.

Preparation:
Wash the meat and dry it well. Ground anise seeds, mix salt and pepper, add oil and cover deliciously with the mixture marinade. Place them on a well-heated oven barbecue and bake until they get a nice crispy appearance.

Ingridients:
• 700 boneless and skinless chicken breasts,
• 200g of yogurt,
• oregano,
• parsley,
garlic,
juice of half a lemon,
• salt,
• pepper and
• olive oil.

Preparation:
Finely chop all the herbs, and cut the washed and dried meat into 4-centimeter pieces. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper in a large bowl and add to the prepared mixture marinade toss in the pieces of meat as well. Marinate for about 1 hour, oil barbecue and place the meat on well-heated grates. Bake for about 12 minutes, during baking the meat can be coated several times with the rest of the marinade.
