The SoNo Arhitekti architectural office brings together a new generation of Slovenian architects who create modern, high-quality architecture that is created as a combination of architectural theory, study and research of locations, innovation and testing of new materials and construction methods.
Architectural office SoNo Architects brings together a new generation of Slovenian architects who create modern, high-quality architecture through the interweaving of architectural theory, study and location research, innovation and testing of new materials and construction methods. They work in Slovenia, Austria and Germany and can boast of a very interesting spectrum of projects. The distinguishing features of the office's projects are fluid and dynamic, and at the same time complex, unconventional buildings, which always strive for the best placement in the environment, recognition of the client's wishes and needs, and functional utilization of natural resources, which are manifested in innovative floor plan solutions. The team consists of four colleagues Edvard Blažko, Marko Volk, Nina Tešanović and Oliver Rose. They are currently working on their most important project to date; namely, they form pavilion, who will represent Slovenia at World Exhibition Expo 2015, which will take place in Milan between May 1 and October 31.
