Squid in tomato sauce
Ingredients
- 320 g of spaghetti
- 4 squids
- 1.5 dl of white wine
- 450 g of tomato puree
- clove of garlic
- parsley and salt to taste
Directions
- For this recipe, clean, wash and slice the squid.
- Fry a clove of garlic briefly in a pan until brown, add the squid and continue frying.
- Remove the garlic and add the white wine and cook until the alcohol has evaporated.
- At the end, add the tomato puree, add salt and let it cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti and transfer it to the pan with tongs so that part of the water in which it was cooked flows into the sauce.
- Mix gently and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
