Just when we thought that car manufacturers had occupied all the niches - Volkswagen surprises us with the first crossover with an open roof in the compact class, which combines the features of a classic SUV with a unique convertible design and driving sensations. Well done - Volkswagen!
When it seems that it is the world of motoring is a bit boring us the product as is T-Roc Cabriolet warns, that manufacturers still know how to pleasantly surprise. Since the market of compact crossovers is commercially extremely interesting, the move to create a convertible model and thereby fill a niche seems a completely logical step. Charming and at the same time trendy design of the new T-Roc Cabriolet evokes positive emotions. Typical canvas folding roof opens in 9 seconds – even while driving at a speed of up to 30 km/h, which is more than excellent. In keeping with tradition A bug and Golf Cabriolet has T-Roc Cabriolet classic canvas roof.
The open-top crossover will make its official debut at the International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt, Germany from 12 to 22 September 2019. It will come to the market and to our dealers in the spring of 2020.
