We have already entered the month that counts the fewest days, but has the most events that somehow cannot be ignored. The month of February is, among other things, the month of love and culture, and above all of film, as numerous film awards are being presented for the achievements of the past year. The list of nominees this year is mainly dominated by biographical dramas, overflowing with emotions that reach all the way to the heart.
And, how else? Euphoric, sunny, venal? Maybe you accept some gifts under the table? Nothing happens, anyway right now nobody is looking under your hands, nobody sees anything in our little sub-alpine country, but he knows everything, he is quiet and sometimes says a bit of a joke in passing, while a smile is forming on his face, when the lady, who is waiting in line, brings chocolate, saying, I can be the first, otherwise the goodies will expire...

I look at photos of the 'golden age' of Hollywood and the European productions of that time, I listen to French chansons and Italian canzones. I flip through old fashion magazines and wonder. Where did all this beauty go, this pure beauty that didn't need futuristic accessories and an abundance of makeup, but was still so very present? Where was their secret (besides good stylists and makeup artists)? Was it simply less stressful for them?
We have seen sunny days when the sun is pleasantly warm and we finally don't need hats, scarves or gloves anymore. These are the days when, despite spring fatigue, we are drawn to the sun, because it is not too hot yet. We usually already have a script for the first picnic and the first "photo shoot" on a park bench. So we have no shortage of ideas on how to spend your free time. This is the charm of spring.
A few days ago I drove through Vrhnika. As a passenger, I do not have a driving test. ("Say whaaaat?!"). By the way, I don't really feel deprived, I use a bike and a "pedHonda" or, better put, my two legs.
Have you ever wondered why June is so damn sweet? And not just sweet in the sense that we treat ourselves to the best ice cream in town with maximum sweetness and it still flows...
