Škoda has unveiled the final veils from its first Kodiaq SUV. It is the first seven-seater Škoda that takes its design inspiration from the Superb, and it borrows its name from the giant bear from the Kodiak Islands in southwest Alaska, with which it shares some characteristics, namely performance and an intelligent approach.
Before the Geneva Motor Show, Škoda revealed the image of the Škoda Vision S SUV concept, a plug-in hybrid with four-wheel drive that heralds the arrival of the production Kodiak SUV. It will go on sale in early 2017 and will enter the battle for buyers, which also competes for the Kia Sorento and Hyundai Santa Fe. The Vision S will be the first Czech model with an electric connection and two electric motors.
Many people go on holiday with their dog, and since according to the legislation for the transport of animals, they must be properly taken care of, Škoda presented safety accessories for the transport of furry four-legged dogs. The regulations dictate that the dog must not be in the front seat, and if we add to this the rules from the regulation on the protection of pets, which says that during transport the animals must be secured against falling or escaping from the means of transport, the move by Škoda and their safety a dog belt that is also a leash and other dog safety accessories, logical.

Prices start at 10,782, and the combi version will hit showrooms in the spring and will require an additional payment of 660 euros.
Most people know the Skoda Octavio Scout as an off-road version of the Octavia, which differs from the Scouts in its slightly higher ground clearance, added off-road reinforcements and slightly better equipment than the Octavia's average. It is like this even now, as the off-road newcomer got the expected off-road zabel, which visually (enough) separates it from the other octavias.
The new generation Fabia will certainly be one of the biggest premieres at the October Salon in Paris, and Škoda has bold plans for it. The third generation of this model has lost 65 kg, and there will be a choice of seven engines, two gearboxes and also a combi version. Unfortunately, the newcomer will lose the sporty RS, but the Monte Carlo versions will still be available to the more sporty-minded.
To mark the 40th anniversary of their most successful rally model - the Škoda 130 RS, Škoda is rapidly preparing the most powerful version of the Octavia RS so far. It is supposed to increase the power of the current Octavia RS, even up to 206 kW or 280 HP, as well as certain design changes, with which the mentioned model should work even more toxic.
