Martini with gingerbread

Ingredients

    Ingredients for the spice mix:
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
  • half a teaspoon of allspice
  • half a teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • half a teaspoon of ground cloves
  • a quarter of a teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • Ingredients for Martini:
  • a quarter cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon and a half teaspoon of spice mixture
  • 15 ml liqueur (preferably Frangelico or Amaretto)
  • 15 ml of vodka
  • 15 ml of espresso
  • grated nutmeg, for decoration

Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the spice mix and store in an airtight container.
  2. Next, mix the brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of the spice mix in a small bowl. Add the rest of the martini ingredients (including an extra teaspoon of spice mix) and ice and mix everything together in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Pour into martini glasses and garnish with nutmeg if desired. Cheers!

Snow cocktail with cookies

Ingredients

  • half a liter of coffee creamer
  • 9 dl of milk
  • 5 cookies, preferably sugar butter cookies
  • 4 dl vanilla vodka
  • pieces of white chocolate
  • vanilla glaze as desired

Directions

  1. Mix the coffee creamer and half a liter of milk in a bowl and heat the mixture in a small pan until it boils.
  2. Remove from heat and add cookies to mixture. Let them soak in the mixture for at least 1 hour, then refrigerate the mixture.
  3. Heat 4 dl of milk over medium heat and stir in pieces of white chocolate. Remove from the heat when the chocolate has combined with the milk and then cool the mixture.
  4. Pour both mixtures into a cocktail shaker and add ice. Stir until the cocktail becomes frothy.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with vanilla glaze if desired. Cheers!

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of lime
  • 2 cups of vodka
  • 60 ml of cranberry juice
  • 2 teaspoons of vermouth
  • sugar as desired

Directions

  1. Combine ice, vodka, cranberry juice and vermouth in a cocktail shaker. Stir for about half a minute.
  2. Rub the rims of the glasses with lime slices and pour the martini into them. Garnish with cranberries if desired.
