The best way to chill your beer in just a few minutes

Have you found yourself in an unpleasant situation? Have you had unannounced guests at the door, and your beer is at room temperature?! Then this trick will solve the problem and cool the beer to the right temperature in just a few minutes.

Recent research has addressed the question of how as soon as possible cool the beer or wine from room temperature to the ideal "working" temperature. They tried several different methods and the water method turned out to be the best, with ice and salt. This combination lowers the beer temperature from 19°C to almost zero in just half an hour! The salt will help further reduce it by approx 3 degrees. Putting the beer in a bucket of cold water proved to be the worst, as the beer remained lukewarm at 18°C.

Cooling the drink with ice and salt!

Put in a bucket of water kilogram of ice and 100 g of salt and into it stack the cans and bottles. In just half an hour, the temperature will drop from 18.9 °C to 1.6 °C. The researchers reveal that they repeated the same process without salt and that the difference is small, but still v key on hot days. Putting bottles in the freezer can be very risky as you have to constantly think about when to take them out so they don't break. At the same time, this method also did not prove to be particularly useful as the temperature change was minimal. The temperature of the beer is z 12.7 °C dropped to a little below 8° C. The last way to cool the beer is to wrap the beer in wet paper towels and then put it in the freezer. Of course, the paper towels freeze in half an hour, but the beer only cools a little. The method is not even the "cleanest", because paper towels fall apart!

Which method you choose is up to you. It is important to refrigerate it.
The ideal beer temperature is between 8 and 12°C.
