Is The Revenant finally the film that will bring Leonardo DiCaprio, one of the greatest actors of his generation, the coveted Oscar? The recipe seems right, because the Oscar-winning director Alejandro González Iñárritu (Birdman) sat in the director's chair of the adventure film from 1820 about a hunter who, after being attacked by a bear, is robbed by his henchmen and left for dead. If we add the fact that DiCaprio also stars Tom Hardy (Mad Max - Fury Road) and that Leo rarely chooses a bad role, we are in for a real cinematic treat.
Just like in the movie The Revenant (Shown) a lot of dialogue over the caliber, the adventure drama also boasts a high-caliber cast in front of and behind the camera.
