At Pekarna Grosuplje, even in the current situation, they strive to offer their customers only the best. At a time when we don't go to the store every day, they developed a new concept of bread preparation and named it Domača dopeka.
Home run it means that you bake the bread until the end in your home oven. The products are hot packed, so condensation and moisture may occur inside the packaging. Using the hot packaging method, they disinfect the interior and ensure that the packaged bread, which is also preservative-free, has a shelf life of 3 days. At the same time, it stays moist and fresh this way.
The first in the family of new breads is recognizable Bloodthirsty, which is carefully prepared, partially baked and packed in an airtight bag. The bread contains black wheat, semi-white and rye flour. It is made according to the traditional, long dough preparation method with the addition of natural sourdough and no added additives. The packaged loaf is in half-baked form, that's why with a short run in the home kitchen we refresh the aroma of the bread and get a crispy crust. Packaged bread (partially baked) stays fresh for up to 3 days, and can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
