The famous British media company BBC selected the 100 best films of the 21st century some time ago, but this time they chose the best comedies of all time and took into account the opinion of as many as 235 film critics.

7. Is there a pilot in the plane? (Airplane!, 1980)
The legendary parody with Leslie Nieleson in one of the main roles, which follows the crew of a man who has to land the plane because the two pilots are sick.
6. Life of Brian (1979)
A Monty Python satire that tells the story of Brian, who was born on Christmas Day next door to Jesus. Because of this, he has been mistaken for a savior his whole life.
5. Duck Soup (1933)
Rufus T. Firefly is named president of bankrupt Freedonia and declares war on neighboring Sylvania for his love for Mrs. Teasdale.
4. Groundhog Day (1993)
Bill Murray is a weatherman who, for completely unknown reasons, wakes up on the same day over and over again.
3. Annie Hall (1977)
Woody Allen's legendary film, which is also one of the few comedies with an Oscar. In it, we follow a comedian who falls in love with the titular Annie Hall.
2. Dr. Strange Love (1964)
Stanley Kubrick's classic, starring Peter Sellers, is a political satire where a bunch of politicians and generals try to prevent nuclear war.

An evergreen comedy starring Marilyn Monroe, where two musicians witness a mob murder and join an undercover girl band.
