From September 19 to 21, 2016, the city of Vienna will organize Vienna Days in Ljubljana for the first time. Over the course of three days, many free events will take place at various locations in the center of Ljubljana.

Vienna is considered the capital of music with the greatest composer names in world history. That is why the first day of Vienna Days in Ljubljana will be dedicated to classical music. At 7 p.m., the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra will perform works by Mahler, Mozart and Strauss in the great hall of the Slovenian Philharmonic together with Viennese soloists, world-renowned violinist Lidia Baich and Vienna Philharmonic violist Christian Frohno.
