Volvo has introduced a concierge service, which means that you will no longer have to go to gas stations, service stations and car washes in the future. Others will do it for you. It will be tested on 300 XC90 and S90 owners. With the service, which will be part of the Volvo On Call mobile platform, Volvo wants to make the life of car owners easier.
Volvo promises to you in the future, there will no longer be a need to go to the gas station, to the car wash and to the service station. All this will be included in the new one service concierge. 300 owners of the new models will receive this as a pilot XC90 and S90. They will use a special application with the help of which they will always up to date on which services concierge are available in their immediate vicinity. They can just order them via smartphone. The order will be immediately sent to an authorized service provider, who will either refill fuel tank, washed the vehicle or performed a regular service check.
The goal of the program is still to further simplify the lives of Volvo owners. The research showed that as many as 75 percent of customers would like to use it refueling service, 56 percent to have their car taken to regular service, and 49 percent would like it during working hours moved the car to another location. With the help of connecting technologies and user-friendly mobile applications, they therefore want to simplify people's lives. Storite will become an integral part of the mobile platform Volvo on Call.
The app also provides disposable digital key, which will be sent to the selected service provider. With its help, he will be able to open and drive away the vehicle. When the car is locked after the service, the validity of the digital key will expire.

In this way, Volvo will later offer even more services, which will save car owners much more valuable time.
