We're all just not for everything. Before we enter our 30s, it's high time we realize this and simply stop bothering ourselves if we don't meet certain criteria. 3. Let's not worry if we don't manage to eat perfectly healthy every day

So let's stop stressing if we forget to eat a perfectly balanced breakfast every now and then in the morning...

As long as we are not the sports type, let's just stop bothering ourselves with finding a magical recreation that we would fall in love with at the first movement and that would not represent torture for us. Some simply fall in love with sports, while others prefer to clean the house several times, walk to work and dance the night away instead of running...

5. Let's come to terms with our appearance

Before entering the 30s, let's finally come to terms with our image. If we need make-up and perfectly groomed hair for a good self-image, let's go with the flow and put on make-up when we want to. If we prefer a natural look, let's also stop worrying about under-emphasizing our beauty. It is important that we feel good, everything else is just unnecessary noise.
