Dry brushing should be done before the morning shower. It is recommended that the brush is made of natural materials and that it should always be dry before use. Do not overdo the rough brushing, as the skin should not become red. Be careful not to brush wounded and affected skin. Start brushing from the ankle up and only in one direction, in the direction of the heart, as this stimulates the functioning of the lymph. Do not rub up and down with the brush. Brush the belly in circles and clockwise. After finishing the process, be sure to take a shower, preferably alternately - with warm and cold water. It is very important, yes you always use your brush.
