Wild rice with vegetables.

Ingridients: 100 g of wild rice, various seasonal vegetables, olive oil, salt, cayenne pepper, ginger, basil

Preparation: We soak the rice for a couple of hours before cooking, because it takes an extremely long time to cook. Cook the rice in salted water. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil on the pan and add the chopped vegetables. Fry until it becomes soft. If desired, the vegetables can also be steamed. Salt, pepper and add basil and thinly grated ginger. Cover with water and fry for another minute. Add the vegetables to the wild rice and serve.
