A CORNER ON THE EDGE OF THE CITY In the immediate vicinity of the southern Ljubljana bypass, within the motorway ring, 500 meters from the Rudnik shopping center, is the Vrbinc inn. In addition to business lunches, Vrbinc also boasts a slow food culture. The seafood menu is excellent, and they also offer a large selection of vegetarian dishes. They prepare fresh fish, mussels, scampi, lobsters, squid and cuttlefish from seafood, and prepare dishes according to their own recipes based on Dalmatian cuisine. All dishes are constantly adapted to new trends and tastes. Their specialties include various marinades, fish pate, raw scampi, light summer combinations of seafood with seasonal fresh vegetables, and various buzare. The specialty of the house is certainly stewed fish in wine and octopus under a bell on an open grill. With your meal, you can choose from over 130 types of top-quality, mostly Slovenian wines, which can also be served in the pleasantly decorated cellar under the guidance of two sommeliers upon request.
