15+ Hot Automotive News for Fall 2015 / Frankfurt 2015 (IAA)

The fever is rising. The Frankfurt Motor Show 2015 has started and we are looking forward to a really hot automotive autumn, so hot for Slovenians that we can talk about the Indian automotive summer. The automotive industry continues in high gear, and Slovenians will also have quite a bit of it, as many novelties or fresh versions of well-known and popular models will soon hit our roads.

On 66th Frankfurt Motor Show 2015, which opens its doors today September 15, 2015, and closes on the 27th of the same month, a bunch of cars destined to win the hearts of Slovenians will be presented. This is also why this year's event is all the more anticipated on the sunny side of the Alps. Audi's newest pet is coming A4, and Renault's Laguna successor A talisman and a new Opel Astra. Alfa Romeo dusted off the name Giulia, and the main one in the city will want to be Peugeot again 208. They will also have their own things to say Mercedes-Benz and BMW.

It started at the auto show in Geneva, will end in Frankfurt. But all this will be just a warm-up. It really starts only in autumn, when Slovenian showrooms many (already mentioned) are coming hot news and a bunch of others, which we present below.

Audi

The most important innovation of the Audi brand is definitely its best-selling Audi A4 model, which is already in its fifth generation. Sales of the A4 should begin soon after the official presentation in Frankfurt, so that it will be on our roads before winter.

BMW

The Bavarian brand, known for always having a lot of new products in stock, will present the renewed 3 series and its completely renewed sports SUV BMW X1 in Frankfurt, which is also expected in Slovenia.

Ford

Sales of the rejuvenated, beloved family companion C-MAX have already begun, while the brand promises the arrival of the renewed Ford S-MAX and Galaxy for this fall, as well as the American legend Ford Mustang, whose sales have already begun in some parts of Europe.

Fiat

For 8 years, starting in 2007, the Fiat brand did not make any significant changes to the reincarnated Fiat 500, but over the years came the moment of the first serious renovation, which brings a record 1,900 changes. Such that only a skilled eye can see them on the outside, but important for the success of the 500 in the future. However, Italian artwork must not change too much! And we welcome that! On the roads – soon!

Hyundai

The new Hyundai Tucson will hit our roads and showrooms these days and brings a breath of fresh air to the SUV segment. It is the direct successor of the Hyundai ix35, which is longer and wider. It must be admitted that they completely hit the European taste with the design.

Honda

Many fans and followers of the Honda brand will be excited by the news that the new Hodna HR-V is coming. Only this one will face the direct competitor in the Mazda CX-3 segment.

Mercedes-Benz

At Mercedes-Benz, they are continuing the offensive of renovating their model range, sending as many as 5 new models to Slovenian roads this fall. The redesigned A-Class, the all-new GLC SUV, its bigger brother, the GLE coupe, and the GLE luxury SUV. Of course, we must not forget the romantically beautiful C-class coupe. In Frankfurt, they will also present the S-class coupe in the convertible version, which represents the very top of the luxury range at Mercedes-Benz. And thus put the cherry on top of the cream in their sales offer.

Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi is known for its off-road vehicles and has an incredible circle of loyal followers. The new Outlander, which will be available as a plug-in hybrid with the PHEV label, will be presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The revamped L200, which is popular here, is also coming to the roads.

Mini

The Mini brand under the auspices of BMW continues the renovation of its model range and presents the brand new Mini Clubman. We can be excited about the new look of the most urban delivery company in the world. This was indeed the primary function of the Clubman model sometime in the past.

Opel

The focus of attention these days is definitely the New Opel Astra (K), which takes some design cues from the old one, but it's still a completely new story. Lighter than its predecessor by as much as 200 kilograms and as the first in the segment with rear LED lights. She will be fighting for customers, even in our country, already this autumn.

In Frankfurt, Peugeot will present two interesting studies - the Peugeot Fractal, which represents an urban electric coupe, and the Peugeot Quarz. But it is important that Peugeot remains faithful to its sporting tradition and presents the 308 GTi model after the RZC-R and 208 GTi. An urban monster that needs only 6 seconds from 0 km/h to 100 km/h.

Renault

A lot is happening at Renault, as it has not been for a long time. The new Renault Megane will be presented these days, and they are also presenting a study of a pick-up delivery truck called the Alaskan. The Talisman Grandtour will also be shown for the first time in Frankfurt.
