Pasta au gratin with minced meat they can be a side dish or an independent dish. The preparation is quite simple. Most of the work is done by the pot and the oven. You can prepare au gratin pasta with a variety of different ingredients. As we said, we will tackle them with minced meat.

- 500 g of pasta
- 1 kg of minced meat
- onion
- 4 tablespoons of pelatas
- 1 dcl tomato juice
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- dill
- oil
The process of preparing baked pasta:
First, cook the pasta (it should be cooked al dente). In the meantime, chop the onion and fry it in oil. Add minced meat and fry for approx. 15 minutes. Add water if necessary. At the end, add a pinch of salt, pepper and dill, as well as pelate and egg. Then cover the bottom of the baking tray with baking paper and cover it with cooked pasta. This is followed by a layer of the meat mixture and then another layer of pasta, which is again spread evenly. Finally, pour the mixture of egg and tomato juice over them. Place the baking tray in the oven, heated to 200 degrees Celsius, and bake until the pasta turns golden brown. Have a good run!
