A 109-year-old grandmother revealed the recipe for a long life: women, avoid men!

There is no magic recipe for a long life, as taking care of one's own well-being is an individual matter. But the late t019-year-old grandmother Jessie says a woman will get more out of life if she avoids men. And she will live even longer. Can she be trusted?

If you ever wondered, why some people live long, but others don't, this grandmother discovers a reason you might never have thought could be fatal.

Holiday Retirement learned in 2015 of a large survey across America in which persons older than 100, asked what is the recipe for a long life.

While some have said that they experienced such old age due to family or bloodless life, it is 109-year-old Jessie Gallan gave the most interesting answer. Jessie did born in 1906 in Kintore, Scotland. She lived on the family farm with her parents and six siblings. Her life was simply, as it is most of the time spent in a holiday home, and soon after that she went to school. She did various jobs and then moved to a home for single elderly people, where she liked the most music and exercise.

She passed away in March 2015, but before her death she discovered a recipe for longevity: "My secret to a long life is to stay away from men. There are more problems with them than benefits.” But she added that she is vital because she loves porridge.

Given the fact that some women suffer because of it, because they don't have a partner, it might make sense that consider this interesting approach, which he may extend for a year or so life. If you are among them, start today! 😛
