In Izola between June 6 and 10, 2018 withthe international film festival is coming up on fri Kino Otok – Isola Cinema. 14. Cinema Island 2018 us will once again be glued to the seats in front of the movie screens under the starry sky accompanied by the gentle roar of the sea. In addition to romantic and unforgettable outdoor screenings, films will also be shown in cinemas in Cerknica, Tolmin, Sežana, Idrija and Ljubljana. Besides independent films a section will also be held as part of the festival of short films entitled Video on the beach and program Submarine, a program for young people. Just like last year, the program will take place this year as well FOKUS, an international program for the training and networking of film professionals – this time aimed primarily at editors and sound designers.
