4 short workouts you can do when long workouts don't fit into your schedule

Spending an hour in the gym seems plausible in theory, but for some people it's simply unrealistic. But that doesn't mean you have to avoid exercise either. There are many easy ways to get light exercise without sacrificing other parts of your life.

If you are very employees, you can really feel like the win of the century already that you have enough time for cooking dinner or resting for a few minutes. The thought of doing it spent an hour in the gym, probably it's out of the question. With these four exercises you will find that it does not exercise only in the gym, but that you can do it already during your obligations that make you procrastinate exercise.

1. Tabata
