1. Pasta with mushrooms

Simple, but so creamy and rich pasta.

INGRIDIENTS:

  • 500 g of various mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 500 g of pasta
  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • 5 tablespoons of flour
  • 600 ml of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 150 g of grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • salt and pepper

PREPARATION:
Cook the pasta. Melt two tablespoons of butter in a saucepan, add onion, mushrooms and flour to form a paste. Later add milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Let the ingredients cook on the fire for a while, and then let them cool. In another bowl, melt the rest of the butter, add the onion, salt and pepper and cook for five minutes. Add the ingredients from the second bowl to the first bowl and mix well. Enrich the mass with most of the grated cheese, add parsley. Leave some cheese and parsley for later. Mix the pasta into the mixture. Sprinkle them with cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

2. Pie with apples and walnuts

INGRIDIENTS:
Dough:

  • 300 g plain flour
  • cold water
  • 150 g of butter
  • pinch of salt

Filling:

  • 1 kg of apples
  • 4 tablespoons of ground walnuts
  • lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • a spoonful of rum or sparkling wine
  • apricot marmalade
  • icing sugar

PREPARATION:
Dough:
Mix the flour, salt and butter. Add cold water to the bowl with the ingredients and knead the dough until it has a smooth texture. Wrap the dough in foil and place in the refrigerator for an hour. After 60 minutes, roll out the dough and stretch it according to the size of the pan. The ends of the dough should protrude over the pan. Save the excess dough, because you will use it to make a decoration.

Filling:
Peel the apples and grate them. Add walnuts, lemon, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla sugar and rum or Prosecco to the bowl with the apples. Mix all ingredients well. Fill the previously prepared dough with the mass. Make strips of the remaining dough to cover the pie. Bake the pie for 50 minutes at 180 degrees, spread the hot pie with jam, and when it has cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar over it.

3. Risotto with mushrooms and pumpkin

INGRIDIENTS:

  • 350 g of rice
  • 300 g of leeks
  • 500 g pumpkin
  • one red onion
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 50 g of butter
  • 0.5 ml of olive oil
  • parsley leaves
  • red pepper

PREPARATION:
Wash the rice in water. Cut the onion and fry it in olive oil. He adds finely diced pumpkin and rice to the onion. Fry the ingredients, add spices and water and let them boil. Clean the gobbins, cut them into cubes and fry them in a separate pan. When ready, add them to the rice mixture. Mix everything well and add butter for a better taste.

4. Creamy chocolate drink

Autumn really isn't real autumn if you don't treat yourself a good creamy chocolate drink.

INGRIDIENTS:

  • 2 dcl of milk
  • spoon of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet cream
  • 50 g of dark chocolate
  • a pinch of cinnamon

PREPARATION:
Heat the milk and add sugar to it before it boils. Stir for a minute, then add the chocolate to the milk. Remove the pan from the heat, add the sweet cream, cinnamon and mix everything well. The drink is ready!

5. Chestnut soup

INGRIDIENTS:

  • 400 g of chestnuts
  • 40 g of potatoes
  • 40 g of leeks
  • 40 g of celery
  • 40 g of parsley root
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • cooking cream

PREPARATION:
Fry leeks, celery and parsley root in olive oil, then add peeled chestnuts, water and cook everything together for 30 minutes. Add potatoes while cooking. When the soup is ready, add cooking cream to it. Serve the soup with bread and boiled chestnuts.
