Start your day with gratitude
Our day is often characterized by haste, haste, from the moment we wake up. This is exactly why mindfulness experts advise that you use the first minute after waking up to calm down, as this will also make your day more peaceful and less stressful. Do some short stretches, then get comfortable and think about what you are grateful for in that moment.
Time-out
Sports coaches often ask for a time-out during the game, so why not take one too?! With the confusion of work and family obligations, you will be able to clear your thoughts a little with just a minute of break. It also works in children. Explain to your children that you will take five minutes to read, set the clock, and then join them in the game.
Exercise as time for yourself
Many people find the most relaxation in movement. If you have a little more than 10 minutes to spare, take a short walk to catch your breath. You will immediately see the world from a completely different perspective.
