1. Get some sleep.
People who suffer from lack of sleep are more likely to find themselves stressed. That's why it's important to create a sleep schedule. We must determine the time at which we will lie down to rest and the time to get up. Weekends are no exception.
2. Plan your workout.
Even before we get to the gym, we need to know exactly which exercises we are going to do. We divide our training into different sections. We spend between 5 and 8 minutes warming up, between 25 and 30 minutes for the main part of the exercise, and about 15 minutes for cooling down. It is important to maintain a high training intensity at all times.
3. Focus on increasing endurance and strength.
At first, it is enough if we do 2 exercises per week to increase endurance. Interval training is especially effective. We dedicate one training session per week to increasing strength. We recommend using weights that represent between 65 and 80 percent of the maximum weight you can lift. Perform 4 sets of 5 to 8 repetitions. If you feel that you are capable of more, you can devote more time to training.
4. Meditate.
Meditation exercises help improve three areas of your concentration: self-control, stability, and efficiency. With greater focus on training, you will certainly achieve better results.
5. Eat healthy.
In addition to introducing healthy food into our body, it is also important to eat at roughly the same times. We must not forget that we should not eat at least 2 hours before going to bed. Once you master this rhythm, you won't want to change it.
