Do you often wake up in the morning reluctant and full of negative thoughts? Break this negative cycle and ask yourself 7 questions every morning!

From now on, answer the seven questions below every morning.

Answer them honestly and you will learn to focus on the positive and be happier.

1. Where am I now - compared to where I want to be in a month, a year...?

This is perhaps one of the most important questions to ask yourself if you want to learn how to be happy. It is good to have important goals in life because they give meaning. At the same time, it is important to know where you are on this journey of making your dreams come true. If we want to get somewhere, we must first know where we are at this moment.

2. How can I show my loved ones more love today?

Try to answer this question every morning as soon as you wake up, so focus on the positive, that is, on how to show love and gratitude to those closest to you, instead of on all their shortcomings or mistakes they have made in the past.

3. What am I grateful for today?

As you answer this question, focus on all the things you can be grateful for and you'll likely find that there are many. Namely, too often you ignore all the positive aspects of life because your attention is only focused on the negative - something bad that happened or something you don't have.
Most of us have a relaxed attitude when it comes to painting a picture of ourselves. Instead of giving up on the things we don't have, it is much more important to be grateful for everything we have and for everything beautiful and good that happens to us, which is certainly not little and negligible.

4. What do I need to change in my life?

What things in your life do you need to change to feel happier and more relaxed? How can you improve your behavior to feel good? Is there something you need to remove from your life, such as toxic friendships and a constant need to indulge? Why does it matter who you let into your life?
Think about all these things every morning to help you understand what your next step should be.

5. How do I spend my time?

How do you spend your day? Are you working hard enough to achieve your goals? Do you have enough time to spend with your loved ones or for the things you enjoy? Do you put things off too often?
Think about how you spend your time and know what you can do to feel better. Don't waste time on unnecessary things.

6. What are my most frequent thoughts?

What do you think about most during the day? What thoughts disturb you? Are they positive or do you have a lot of negative thoughts that come uninvited and drag you down?
When you pay attention to the things you think about every day and become aware of the bad and dark thoughts that run through your head, it will be easier for you to understand that you need to do something about it to get rid of those unpleasant thoughts that are bothering you.

7. How will I make my day today?

If you want to learn how to be happy, start thinking in the morning about different things that can make your day better. Don't wake up thinking about your worries and obligations and what you're missing. Even if you may not feel like it at first, force yourself to smile. You will still be able to take care of everything, obligations will wait, only you will have a different attitude towards everything, and you will not enter the new day full of negative energy.

You might think this is weird and irrelevant, but it's actually very useful!
