These days, probably the most common phrase we hear is: "Oh, it's so hot!" The mercury rises higher and higher and the heat can quickly become very torturous. Here are some ways to keep cool when there are no fans or air conditioners nearby.
If you are outside in extreme heat, you can use one of the cooling methods below, which will refresh your body and make it easier for you to spend hot days outdoors.
1. As much as possible, you are every now and then slightly moisten the hair with cold water or with an ice cube that you rub on the top of your head.
