adidas NMD: the iconic sneaker returns to the city streets

The futuristic NMD sneaker model returns this fall in a renewed silhouette. The NMD V3 preserves the iconic design of the past, but at the same time boldly outlines the future with the use of recycled materials and a progressive color palette. With the original and creative autumn collection, adidas revives the spirit of modern nomads, which will rule the city streets again after the pandemic lull.

adidas Originals is extravagant NMD model, which he dedicated to explorers of city corners, was first presented in 2015. Seven years later, with a new version of the iconic slipper, he welcomes Generation Z – rebels and adventurers who, with their independence, rule the city streets and create a bold future.

The model, which was created for life in motion, as it contains important elements of running shoes, also encourages dynamism with the new version. The updated sole boasts s BOOST foam, which ensures comfort at every step, and is also connected to the original model by the recognizable studs on the midsole and instep. The redesigned mesh upper with flexible support is made from yarn Parley, containing at least 50 % of recycled ocean plastic and 50 % of recycled polyester. With this, adidas continues its commitment to reducing plastic waste.

The arrival of the new of the NMD V3 model, which encourages the originality of each individual, was also welcomed by Slovenian musicians and influencers on their social networks Nika Krmec, Anabel, David Amaro, Gaja Prestor, Lili Čadež and Nino Miklavec, who embody the spirit of modern nomads and co-create the culture of the cities in which they reside.
