Ingredients for 2 people:
4 fresh figs
8 small mozzarella balls
8 cherry tomatoes
8 dkg of arugula
brine shrimp tails
8 dkg of fresh pineapple
0.3 dcl of olive oil
0.3 dcl cognac
splash of green tobasco and fresh
lemon juice, Travižana leaves
radicchio, a pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cut the figs into 4 parts and fry them quickly
on olive oil and place them in a cup
for a salad for one person. On the fig tree
Place the bed with a mixture of all the vegetables and
of spices that have been mixed beforehand. Let's decorate
with Travižan radicchio leaves.
