Ingredients for 4 people:
40 dkg of polenta
20 dkg of cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of sour cream
a spoonful of olive oil,
a pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cool the cooked polenta and cut it into slices
and form with a glass into balls that
fry in olive oil. Curd and sour
salt and pepper the cream and pour over the mixture
over polenta. Sprinkle everything with
