The church is a place of tranquility, where prayer, silence and occasional choir singing reign. But from the church in the Spanish town of Illanera, you won't hear begging and singing, but spinning wheels and excited shouts. The La Iglesia Skate team transformed the interior of the 100-year-old church into a skate park. The nave, where there are pews for the faithful, has been replaced by a half-pipe, a presbytery with an altar, a sofa and a table, and the frescoes by picturesque graffiti.
